Cooking with Lucy

Ingredients
Olive oil
Butter
Garlic
Spinach
Double cream
Mascarpone
Fresh pasta
Parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat olive oil, butter and garlic in a pan until soft. Add spinach until wilted. Add double cream and mascarpone, and bring to slow boil. Season to taste. Add to cooked pasta and stir in some freshly-grated parmesan.

Quantities
Make it up as you go along. I do.
